Dietary recommendations in kidney stones

Oxalic acid calcium
1. Increase in fluids to 2 - 2.5 l per day in the form of low-mineralized water.
2. Limit the consumption of: milk and its products, potatoes, carrots, beets, tomatoes, legume seeds, sugar, plums, blueberries, grapes, gooseberries, meat, meat products, fish, eggs, fresh cabbage, lettuce and other leafy vegetables, nuts.
3. Do not eat: spinach, sorrel, rhubarb, beetroot, dried figs, chocolate, cocoa, strong tea, coffee, canned food, pickled products, spicy spices, powdered products

Phosphate-calcium stone
1. Increase in fluids to 2 - 2.5 l per day in the form of low-mineralized water.
2. Limit the consumption of: milk and its products, fruits, potatoes, vegetables
3. Do not eat: meats, canned goods, yellow processed cheese, legume seeds, spinach, sorrel, rhubarb, chocolate, cocoa, strong tea, coffee, spices containing monosodium glutamate, salted products.

Glandice
1. Increase in fluids to 2 - 2.5 l per day in the form of low-mineralized water.
2. Limit consumption: cereal products, fish, poultry.
3. Do not eat: offal, mutton, pork, herring, sardines, sprats, caviar, chocolate, cocoa, strong tea, coffee, nuts, stockpiles and meat and fish sauces, legumes, mushrooms.
